PRE-REGISTRATION

 

In order for us to stay in better contact with you, we need to add you to our registration so that we can send you regular updates/notices.  If you are an owner of a Herbie, fan or a VW owner who wants to participate in the once-in-a-lifetime event, we ask that you complete the simple form below.

The cost will be $50/car with up to 2 people as long as room is available.  Additional individuals will be $5 each.  For those who want to run laps, there will be an additional fee of $50 and the number of cars will be limited.  Therefore, we need everyone who is interested in taking laps as well as those who want to be guaranteed a spot at the show (show space is also limited) to make a pre-show deposit of $25 as soon as possible to hold your place.  The balance due will be sent to you no later than January 1st 2022 with the full amount due no later than March 1st, 2022.  Space is not guaranteed if you do not make a deposit.  The event will be rain or shine and deposits are not refundable unless the event has to be cancelled.  You can make you contribution by Clicking Here.

 There is an $10 parking fee and $5/person at the gate. 

Children under 10 are free.


Used part vendors are $50.00 for Pre-registration and $75 day of Show for a 20 X 20 space.

Includes 2 people Free per space.

 

New Parts are $150  for Pre-registration and $175 Day of Show for a 20 X 30 foot space.

Includes 2 people Free per space plus one Free Show Shirt if Pre-Registered.

There will be absolutely no refunds unless the event is cancelled.

WHAT SIZE TEE SHIRT DO YOU REQUIRE?

Note:  Each person registered will receive a free tee shirt.  Additional shirts may be ordered for $10 each while supplies last.  Please let us know the number, size and quantity of extra shirts you may need so we can make an adequate number.

* By signing this form, I have thoroughly read the following and understand that the events planned may change and/or be cancelled at anytime.   The $25 advance payment is non-refundable unless the event is cancelled. The number of cars that can actually participate in the show and run laps are limited, and those permitted to do so will be based on your advance payment being made.  Others who simply want to participate in the show, must register no later than March 1st, 2022.  Final registrations/payments will be due no later than March 1st, 2022.  No pets, 4-wheelers, bikes, scooters, skateboards or golf carts allowed.  Event will be held RAIN OR SHINE.  New Parts vendors can sell new parts, used parts, toys, t-shirts & apparel, literature, or anything VW related.  No food and/or drinks can be sold unless specified. The above signed hereby waivers any claims against volunteers, sponsors, property owners and their representatives from any liability, personal injury, damages, or any other loss incurred as a result of the above signed participation in Herbie's 53rd Anniversary Celebration and shall hold harmless the afore mentioned.  The above signed also understands that he or she is participating in this event voluntarily and totally at his or her own risk.  Unsigned applications will not be accepted.
