We are no longer taking online sign-ups for the event as of this morning.  If you would still like to join us for either the Car Show or The Running of Daytona, you may still be able to, but space is limited so if you come, we may or may not be able to accommodate you.  Of course, you can always come by the Tanger Outlets and if we are full, you can still come in and enjoy the day with us for free.  There are no spectators at the Speedway unless they are riding in your car with you.  There are only around 20 openings left so again, we may or may not be able to accommodate you at the track.  The track is rain or shine, and will only be temporarily stopped if lightning is in the area.  All of the information you need for both of these portions of our four day event can be found in the Breaking News tab of this website.  If you come and care to participate, you will have to have the exact change.  It is $10 for the car show or $50 if you want to include the track.  Please read the Policies for the track below if you are wanting to run the Speedway.

The following form is intended for all vehicles that wish to join in celebrating Herbie's 53rd Anniversary April 2-3, 2022 at the Tanger Outlet Mall for our car show and the Daytona International Speedway in Daytona Beach Florida.  This will add you to our registration list so that we can send you regular updates/notices.

On April 2nd, we will have a judged VW/VW powered car show at the Tanger Outlet Mall located just off I-95 in Daytona with 49 classes.  In addition to being a judged VW show, we have now opened up registration for any make/model cars that choose to run the Speedway on Sunday as well so that they can join in the fun.  Limited trophies will be made available for non-VW vehicles at the discretion of the managing team.  Spectators are totally free.

This will now be a judged event and is intended for VW owners as well as other car enthusiasts to get together and enjoy live entertainment, sponsors, food, shops, random door prizes, and of course the beautiful V-dubs that will be located on-site through-out the day and more.

Then on Sunday, April 3rd, we will be running laps at the world-famous Daytona International Speedway.  The cost will be $50/car and any make/model car is welcome as long as they are licensed and insured.   The number of cars that will be able to run laps on this day is limited to approximately 325-350 due to the time it takes on the track (approx. 45 minutes).  Therefore, it is imperative that you register and pre-pay if you would like to participate and reserve your spot in line.

There will be absolutely no refunds unless the event is cancelled.

Just in case anyone is wondering what the rule of the Speedway look like, here they are.  We expect everyone to follow these rules/policies completely as to not interfere with others enjoying their day at the track.
