VENDOR REGISTRATION

 

Vendor Registration for the event is now closed...

The following form is intended for anyone who would like to join us at the Tanger Outlet Mall in Daytona Beach for Herbie's 53rd Anniversary April 2, 2022 and will be selling any items including parts, collectibles, clothing, etc.  This will add you to our registration list so that we can send you regular updates/notices.  

​

The car show on Saturday is open to all VW/VW powered vehicles and will be free except for a $10 parking fee.  The car show is limited to the first 350 cars and should have thousands of spectators.  This is intended for the VW community to simply get together and enjoy live entertainment, sponsors, food, shops and of course the beautiful V-dubs that will be located on-site through-out the day and more.  Our goal is to make this event affordable for any and all vendors who choose to attend.  However, space is limited and therefore you need to register early in order to reserve your space.

There will be absolutely no refunds unless the event is cancelled.

HOW LARGE OF A SPACE WILL YOU NEED?

Note:  Tow vehicles and trailers must be parked on the south side of the Mall in designated spaces.  VW's can be parked in show area for $10/vehicle.

Note: Payment in Full is required no later than January 1, 2022 to ensure your space.  Refunds will be made only in the case of cancellation of event or if overall space available is exceeded.

* By signing this form, I have thoroughly read the following and understand that the events planned may change and/or be cancelled at any time.   The number of vendor spaces is limited and therefore is based on  be based on your advance payment being made prior to January 1, 2022.  The event will be held Rain-or-Shine and no refunds will be given unless the event is cancelled and/or the space alloted for vendors at the show is exceeded.   The above signed hereby waivers any claims against volunteers, sponsors, property owners and their representatives from any liability, personal injury, damages, or any other loss incurred as a result of the above signed participation in Herbie's 53rd Anniversary Celebration and shall hold harmless the afore mentioned.  The Vendor also understands that it is there responsibility to ensure any tent or other structure erected on site must be anchored/weighted down to ensure these items are not airbourne in case of high winds. The above signed also understands that he or she is participating in this event voluntarily and totally at his or her own risk.  Unsigned applications will not be accepted.
